Boutique Policies

-No returns, exchanges or store credit on sale items.
-Exchanges or store credit will be granted on holiday items with receipt up to one week.
-Returns on non-sale items or non-holiday items are granted with a receipt only.
-Returns on non- sale items or non-holiday items is granted for one week after purchase.
-Returns on non-sale items and non-holiday items after one week and up to two weeks, will be granted with a store credit only.  
-No returns, exchanges or store credit will be granted after two weeks.

Custom Work
-No refunds, exchanges or store credit is granted on custom work.
-Once the stems have been approved by the client they are final sale.
-If the client decides they do not like the selected stems once the custom work is complete; they may choose another stem, but will not receive a refund or exchange on the original selection.  New selections have to be paid for again with an additional labor charge on the new selection.

Fresh Flowers
-Replacement flowers or store credit will be granted up to 48 hours of purchase.
-We will need the original flowers to grant an exchange.
-No refunds on fresh flowers.
